ORAL PRESENTATION

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Date: 8th September

• Topazio Room

• The presentation time is 10 minutes and 5 minutes for discussion.

• Language: The topic should be presented in English.

• Audiovisual resources should be delivered to the media desk before of the presentation.

• The certificate will be available on the registration link in 3 days after the congress

POSTER SESSION

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Poster Session venue: "Esmeralda Room"

• Identification: The poster will be identified with the corresponding control number.

• The presence of the presenting author is required in congress intervals

• Maximum poster size: 90 cm width x 1.50 m height

•There will be one pin available to hang the posters but the presenter must bring the material for set up if needed

• Posters not removed on the established date and time will be removed and discarded by the organizers.

• Certificate:  The certificate will be available on the registration link in 3 days after the congress

Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstract submission deadline – June 25th, 2015

Approved Abstract notification – July 30th, 2015

Abstracts submissions are exclusively electronic. Please note that submitted abstracts must be unpublished research.

The payment of the registration fee entitles the registration of one abstract only. The first name in the abstract will be considered the presenting author. You are allowed to be co-author of several abstracts.

The abstract must be written in English, with a maximum of 2500 characters in total, including spaces in the text. Non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided.

Title – should be clear and objective, in capital letters.

Authors – surname and initial of the given name in capital letters, using semi commas between each author. Indicate their affiliations with numbers, following the author’s name and in front of the appropriate address.

Affiliations – institution (organization), followed by city, state and country.

Text – introduction, aim, methods and results, in one paragraph, with a maximum of 2500 characters in total, including spaces in the text. Authors should be aware that figures and table cannot be included in the abstract.

Acknowledgments – financial support must be the last line of the abstract and included in specific space on the online abstract form.

Please, provide 5 keywords to identify your abstract.

The abstracts are organized according to research areas, and the authors are responsible for nominating the research area of their work.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the CIFARP 2015 Scientific Committee. The presenting author must register and pay the respective registration fee. The abstract will be included in the official program and in the abstract CD only after being approved by the Scientific Committee. The participants should verify in the CIFARP site which are the accepted abstracts. If you do not receive any notification from CIFARP 2015 about your abstract until July 30th, please, send an email to inscricao@oxfordeventos.com.br.

The presenting author must be present during the poster session on the indicated date and time.
